Monsieur KURODA, l’évangéliste des sakés japonais à Paris, nous a quitté le 4 Février 2017. Membre du Groupe Rock PHOENIX, Christian Mazzalai, s’intéresse beaucoup aux sakés japonais, surtout le sake de la maison TATENOKAWA. Ce saké en version limitée est préparé et distribué par la maison TATENOKAWA pour rendre un hommage à Monsieur KURODA qui avait illuminé le monde de saké en France.
10% des bénéfices seront donnés à la CROIX ROUGE JAPONAISE.

TATENOKAWA SYUZO
La maison Tatenokawa, est un tout petit “Kura (chai de Saké)”, mais en respectant scrupuleusement les tradtions de la sakéification artisanale.
La totalité de sa production est constituée de sakés d’appellations, notamment de Junmaï-Daï-Ginjo.
Les sakés de Tatenokawa sont distribués au Japon seulement par une trentaine de cavistes rigoureusement séléctionnés.
Mình có lần lướt đọc mấy trao đổi trên mạng thì thấy nhắc tới TG88, nên cũng tò mò mở ra xem thử cho biết. Mình không tìm hiểu sâu, chỉ xem qua trong thời gian ngắn để nhìn bố cục và cách sắp xếp nội dung tổng thể, cảm giác khá gọn và dễ theo dõi nên mình đọc lướt rồi quay lại đọc các bình luận khác.
