Ekiben Japon 2018, Venez déguster de délicieux Bentos à la gare de Lyon du 30 octobre au 30 novembre

La Société Nippon Restaurant Entreprise, en collaboration avec des sociétés historiques d'Ekiben, ouvrira un kiosque temporaire (EKIBEN JAPON) - Bento de la Gare au sein de la Gare de Lyon à Paris, afin de présenter les charmes de l'Ekiben, élément représentatif de la culture culinaire japonaise.
Les 5 sociétés partie-prenantes au projet sont "Hanazen) (préf. d'Akita), "Saito Shogetsudo" (préf.d'Iwate), "Ofunaken" (préf. de Kanagawa), "Nihonbashi Daimasu" (Tokyo) et "Awajiya" (préf. de Hyogo).
Chaque société produit et commercialise ses propres Ekiben de renom, des Ekiben spécifiques de leur région ou encore des Ekiben Shinkansen (TGV japonais) en collaboration avec la société JR-East.
Nous espérons que cette vente d'Ekiben en Gare de Lyon vous permettra d'apprécier la culture japonaise de l'Ekiben, et que cet évènement servira de pont vers de nouveaux échanges culturels entre la France et la Japon.
